ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alison Fourtner - State Farm Agent, you would have the opportunity to become part of a winning team!!! RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alison Fourtner - State Farm Agent, you would have the opportunity to become part of a winning team!!! Alison Fourtner is an extremely successful agent with an amazing team and a proven track record of growing and developing her people, all while having fun and earning commissions on sales!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing quotes to leads.
- Making outbound dials and following up with prospects.
- Selling insurance and submitting applications.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask.
- Experience in sales is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain or currently possess both insurance licenses: Property/Casualty and Life/Health
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
